Yes. SportStr lets you define completely independent fee structures for each sport, batch, and age group — including different due dates and payment frequencies.
What happens if a parent misses the payment deadline?
SportStr automatically escalates reminders on the due date and again after it passes. Admins can configure automatic late fee additions and see all overdue students flagged in the dashboard.
Can parents pay in instalments?
Yes. You can configure instalment plans — quarterly or custom — and SportStr will auto-generate invoices and reminders for each instalment separately.
Is the payment gateway secure?
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. SportStr never stores card details — transactions go directly through the payment provider’s secure infrastructure.
