What happens when a coach is unavailable last minute?
Admins can reassign a session to another available coach in seconds. The affected coach and all enrolled students’ parents are notified instantly via the app.
Can parents book one-on-one sessions?
Yes. Coaches can open private session slots and parents can book them directly from the app — subject to coach approval. Payment can be collected at the same time.
